Jim Moore Chief Executive Officer
Jim Moore is nationally recognized as an administrator in alcohol and drug treatment with over 30 years experience in addiction treatment. He has served as head of Cumberland Heights since 1990. An alumnus of Battle Ground Academy and the University of Tennessee, he is a member of the American College of Addiction Treatment Administrators and serves on the board of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. His recent activities include working with the Partnership for Recovery and the NAATP Public Policy Committee to end discrimination against the alcoholic/addict by influencing federal and state legislation.

Cinde Stewart Freeman, RN, LADAC, Associate Director
Cinde, a bachelor’s prepared nurse with a master’s degree in counseling, has worked in the addictions treatment field for 22 years. A part of the Cumberland Heights’ family for 17 of those years, Cinde has served in nursing and clinical management roles, as well as directing the quality management, compliance, and staff development programs prior to serving as Associate Director. Cinde has a particular interest in women’s treatment and served on the board of AWARE (Advocates of Women’s Addiction Recovery and Education). She also developed one of the first treatment programs in the area to address addiction and domestic violence issues concurrently. Cinde has also developed and presented numerous trainings for addiction professionals in the areas of assessment, treatment planning, detoxification management,, clinical supervision, and workplace wellness. She is active in both the National Association for Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) and the Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC).
