Family Visitation

Family Visitation Guidelines for loved ones visiting patients admitted to Cumberland Heights

Family Visitation

Family members are encouraged to visit with patients throughout treatment. Our family visitation schedule is always on Sundays from 1PM – 2:15PM. In addition we do allow family members to attend Chapel Services, which begin at 11AM. A signed release (see below) must be requested by the patient no later than Thursday of that week. Upon arrival at Cumberland Heights, please come to the Frist Family Life Center. There are three entrances. One entrance is in the back parking lot which is handicap accessible to an elevator. Two are in the front with the one near the chapel being handicap accessible. The other entrance has the front desk area and a small family break room with tables. You may call our general information line at (615) 352-1757 with any additional questions about visitation.
