Annual Fund 2026
As Cumberland Heights celebrates its 60th anniversary, we ask you to join us in bringing hope and healing to individuals and families affected by alcohol, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
Your gift to the 2026 Annual Fund can create the same ripple effect by providing scholarships for people with limited means and supporting the programs and resources that make recovery possible.
My grandfather’s passion for Cumberland Heights is a huge reason why I’m involved today. Strangers still come up to me and say, ‘Your grandfather saved my life.’ Those moments are a powerful reminder of the impact his recovery and service had on others, the legacy he left behind, and why generations of the Jackson family will always support Cumberland Heights.
Baxter Jackson
For our family, this work is deeply personal. Cumberland Heights saved our grandfather, father, and father-in-law, Robert (Bob) F. Jackson III, from alcoholism and the despair he experienced after losing his oldest son to an overdose. The care Bob received not only saved his life but also changed the course of our family’s lives for generations.
Grateful for his recovery, Bob spent the rest of his life serving others through Cumberland Heights by founding its highly successful Alumni Association and helping establish the Intensive Outpatient Program. Bob’s recovery and service impacted generations.
Please give generously to save lives, heal families, and carry this legacy of hope forward.
