River Road Warriors ‘Couch to 6k’ Training

The ultimate goal of this group training is to build up jogging/running endurance and participate in the Heroes in Recovery 6K on September 10, 2016.

River Road Warriors meet every Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:15PM at Warner Park Nature Center for Heros in Recovery Training
Training begins Tuesday, March 22 at Warner Park Nature Center

Breaking the stigma of Substance Abuse & Mental Health Issues is an important step toward aiding those who suffer in seeking help. We are the River Road Warriors and we will fight for RECOVERY!

We’ll be meeting as a group every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:15pm at Warner Park Nature Center (or as often as your schedule allows). The first meeting will be Tuesday, March 22, 2016. This is sure to be a fun and active way to get healthy with us!
