ENTERTAINMENT DETAILS & ARTIST BIOS:About Cassadee Pope Cassadee Pope won the third season of "The Voice" in December 2012. Her debut solo country album, Frame by Frame, was released on October 2013 to a top 10 Billboard 200 charting. The album debuted at No. 1 on Top Country Albums, with 43,000 copies sold in its first week. Pope released an EP Summer in 2016. According to CMT, "Bringing along influences of power pop and rock in her vocals, she's now forged a path of her own and boasts a knockout, distinctive sound instantly recognizable and beloved by audiences."
About Kristian Bush Kristian Bush, one half of platinum-selling country duo Sugarland, has been leaving his mark on music for more than two decades. His debut solo album, Southern Gravity, was released in April 2015, featuring the Top 20 single "Trailer Hitch." The album received rave reviews from Rolling Stone, The Boston Globe, and the Sydney Morning Herald, among many others. Country Weekly called it the "feel-good album of the year." Recently signed to Wheelhouse Records/BBR, his newest single, "Sing Along," is at radio now. Kristian founded Sugarland in 2002; in 2004, he and singer Jennifer Nettles exploded onto the music scene, surpassing sales of over 22 million albums worldwide, achieving five No. 1 singles and winning numerous awards, including trophies from the Grammys, AMAs, ACM Awards, CMT Music Awards and CMA Awards. In October of 2012, they were inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.
About Lindsay Ell Named one of The Huffington Post's "Top Country Artists to Watch," Lindsay Ell is a triple threat: accomplished musician, unique vocalist and songwriter. The Calgary native learned to play guitar while traveling with her father to country-bluegrass camps as a young girl. Ell honed her craft as a musical stylist and songwriter after being discovered by BTO and The Guess Who’s Randy Bachman ("American Woman" / "Taking Care of Business") who discovered her at the age of 13. The multi-instrumentalist was soon touring alongside the likes of Luke Bryan, Buddy Guy, The Band Perry and Keith Urban, as well as wowing audiences as Carrie Underwood's guitar player live on the "50th Annual CMA Awards" and holding her own alongside icon Melissa Etheridge on Skyville Live. A 2016 CMT Music Award and multiple Canadian Country Music Award nominee, Ell exhilarated audiences from coast-to-coast as part of the 2016 CMT Next Women of Country Tour and is featured on Brad Paisley’s 2017 WEEKEND WARRIOR WORLD TOUR. Ell’s debut album The Project released on August 11 and debuted at No. 1 on the Nielsen Soundscan Current Country Albums Chart.
About Michael Ray He may have a pair of number one singles to his name, but Michael Ray knows better than most how to best cultivate a dedicated fan base. "Nothing is better than doing it one fan at a time," the country singer says with steely determination. The man speaks from personal experience: before breaking out with his 2015 self-titled debut, an eclectic musical articulation of a time-tested talent featuring twin smash singles in "Kiss You in the Morning" and "Think a Little Less," Ray spent years building a hardcore audience in his native Florida. With one name-making show after the next, the Eustis, Florida native built a grassroots following never caring the size, scope or reach of his show. Nonetheless, his rowdy, high-energy and rock-influenced live performances, which drew inspiration from Garth Brooks’ use of passion and spectacle, soon took hold and quickly saw him selling out 2,000-seat venues in cities from Orlando to Tallahassee. But he was never satisfied: as he’s proven in the years since, having moved to Nashville and grinded for years as a songwriter before leading a major-label record deal, hard work doesn’t scare Ray. It’s why even now, as he readies to release his much-anticipated sophomore album, anchored by its fast-rising lead single "Get To You," the singer still believes each live show he performs is undoubtedly essential.
About Scotty McCreery Scotty McCreery burst onto the national music scene in 2011, quickly establishing himself as one of country music's hottest new stars. Now just a few years later, the talented singer/songwriter has album sales approaching 3 million; earned both Platinum and Gold album certifications; debuted three consecutive albums at No. 1 on a Billboard chart; achieved one Gold and three Platinum-certified singles as well as two Top Ten hits; won ACM, BMI and CMT Awards; and authored his first book. After winning Season Ten of "American Idol" and capturing the hearts of millions of television viewers across the globe, McCreery released his debut album, which became the best-selling solo album released by a country artist in 2011. Indeed, he became the youngest man and first country music artist in history to have his first album debut atop the all-genre Billboard Top 200 albums chart.
