Cumberland Heights is a healing place, and the people who lead our clinical care shape what that healing looks like every single day. That’s why we’re glad to introduce Nadia Bhatti, MSW, MPA, LCSW, PMP, CCMP, who joined our team on July 13, 2026 as Chief Clinical Officer.
In this role, Nadia will oversee clinical operations and quality across our full continuum of care, from detox to residential treatment to continuing care. She brings more than 15 years of senior healthcare leadership experience to that work, along with a clear sense of what patients and their families deserve.
Nadia comes to Cumberland Heights from HCA Healthcare, where she most recently led enterprise nursing leadership development strategy and directed workforce and clinical operations across more than 15 facilities. Her background also includes executive responsibility for behavioral health programs, spanning inpatient care, the detox portion of treatment, stabilization, and residential services.
That mix of hands-on clinical experience and big-picture organizational strategy is exactly what drew our team to her.
“Nadia has spent her career at the intersection of clinical excellence and organizational strategy, and that combination is exactly what our patients and their families deserve,” said Jay Crosson, CEO of Cumberland Heights. “Her experience building programs from the ground up, strengthening compliance, and developing the people who deliver care will help us continue to grow as a healing place for our community.”
Nadia holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. She’s a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Tennessee and Florida, a certified Project Management Professional through Cornell University, and a Certified Change Management Professional through Prosci.
It’s a rare combination of clinical depth and operational expertise, and it means our patients benefit from care that’s both compassionate and well-run.
Every person who walks through our doors, and every family who calls on their behalf, deserves a treatment experience grounded in both heart and rigor. With Nadia leading clinical operations, we’re continuing to invest in exactly that: programs built thoughtfully, compliance handled with care, and a team of caregivers who are supported and growing in their own skills.
We’re glad to have her, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead!
