Aaron Weeks serves as a Family Counselor at Cumberland Heights, where he’s been a vital member of the team since 2025. In his role, Aaron works closely with patients and their families to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and support the long-term recovery process.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Memphis and is credentialed as a LADAC II. Since 2021, Aaron has worked in a range of treatment settings including nonprofit, grant-funded, justice-involved, and insurance-based programs. Prior to joining Cumberland Heights, he served as Clinical Supervisor at Freeman Recovery Center, overseeing outpatient services and staff development.
Aaron’s commitment to recovery is personal—he is in recovery from alcohol use disorder and comes from a family with deep roots in recovery. He finds profound fulfillment in helping others rediscover hope and healing. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, working on cars, and spending time with his wife and two stepchildren. Fun fact: both he and his wife are twins!
