Collin Smith serves as a Primary Counselor in the Men’s Program at Cumberland Heights. He first joined the organization in 2015, working his way up through the Young Men’s Program before stepping away in 2020 to pursue private practice. In 2025, Collin returned to Cumberland Heights, continuing his work in the Men’s Program while maintaining a private practice on the side.
A Nashville native, Collin holds a BS in Sports Management and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca University. He earned his LADAC II certification during his previous time at CH. Collin’s passion for this work is deeply personal—he was a patient at Cumberland Heights in 2014 and credits the program with saving his life.
For Collin, the most fulfilling part of his role is witnessing the transformation in patients as they move from hopelessness to rediscovering joy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, following sports, and working on classic cars.
