Jason Silletto serves as a morning counselor in the Intensive Outpatient Program at Cumberland Heights’ Cool Springs location. Since joining the organization in 2020, he has worked in the Men’s Program as both a Float Counselor and Primary Counselor, gaining valuable experience across levels of care.
Jason holds certifications as a CADC II (California) and ICADC, which he transferred to Tennessee as a LADAC. He is currently pursuing his graduate degree at the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Counseling, with plans to obtain his LPC-MHSP. His work is deeply rooted in his personal recovery journey, which fuels his passion for helping others find purpose and healing.
Jason finds fulfillment in working alongside a compassionate team and supporting clients through meaningful transformation. He is a devoted husband and father of two daughters, and enjoys fitness, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and cockapoo, Leo.
