Matthew Rosenberg has been part of the Cumberland Heights team since 2020. As AI Enablement Lead, he advances the organization’s AI and IT process improvement strategy to improve service quality and strengthen internal processes. His work includes guiding implementation, supporting responsible adoption, and helping employees build the skills they need to use AI technologies effectively. He previously served as a Quality Analyst, Staff Development Coordinator, CA Team Leader, Clinical Associate, and Counselor Intern.

Matthew studied business management from Appalachian State University. Before joining the addiction treatment field, he worked in public relations, sales operations management, and operational leadership. His personal recovery journey inspired him to pursue work with greater meaning and purpose. He finds fulfillment in seeing clients transform their lives and working alongside the dedicated staff at Cumberland Heights.

Matthew is currently pursuing a counseling degree at the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his large family, especially his seven nieces and four nephews. He is also a quadruplet.
