Chief Clinical Officer

Nadia BhattiĀ serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Cumberland Heights, bringing extensive experience in behavioral healthcare, clinical operations, and organizational leadership across nonprofit and healthcare settings. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in residential treatment, outpatient behavioral health, and hospital systems, including serving as Vice President of Clinical Services for a residential treatment organization. Most recently, she led workforce and leadership development initiatives at HCA Healthcare, strengthening the operational and change management expertise she now brings to Cumberland Heights.

Nadia earned both her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds Lean Six Sigma certification.

As Chief Clinical Officer, Nadia is passionate about building exceptional clinical teams, strengthening quality and patient outcomes, and creating systems that allow both patients and staff to thrive. She believes lasting recovery is built through authentic relationships, clinical excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Returning to nonprofit behavioral healthcare is a meaningful homecoming, and she is honored to help advance Cumberland Heights’ mission of hope, healing, and lifelong recovery.
