Jeff Browning –
Jeff will be taking everyone on a deep journey to self-discovery. He began his career as an addictions counselor in 2002, working with adolescents in an inpatient drug program. Jeff quickly developed a passion for helping treatment-resistant clients and valued the trust parents placed in his care.

After seven years with adolescents, he helped develop Stillwaters, a men’s treatment center focusing on 12-Step Recovery and community building, specifically for individuals with repeated alcohol and opiate relapses. He then joined The Ranch, a leader in trauma and co-occurring disorder treatment, where he integrated trauma work into addiction therapy.

Since 2017, Jeff has been in private practice in Nashville, working with people in recovery seeking emotional sobriety and wholeness. To deepen his approach, he has trained in Jungian psychology at The Research and Training Center for Depth Psychology in Switzerland.

Lindsey Kromer and Trish Reynolds-Hastings – A breathwork workshop designed to help you access healing and balance through conscious, connected breathing in a safe and supportive environment. Breathwork supports the body’s natural process of homeostasis, guiding you toward wholeness, health, and inner harmony.

Lindsey and Trish are licensed therapists in Nashville, each bringing years of experience and a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and reconnect with their authentic selves. Lindsey specializes in addiction recovery, combining DBT, EMDR, and breathwork in her private practice. Trish draws on her personal healing journey with PTSD, using EMDR, brain spotting, experiential therapy, and breathwork to foster trust and transformation.

Together, they offer a unique blend of evidence-based practices and experiential therapies, empowering participants to grow, heal, and find freedom.
