Cumberland Heights - Men's Program Director - Vivian SypoltVivian came to Cumberland Heights as a Clinical Coordinator in 2016 for the Men’s Program and was promoted to Director of the Men’s Program in 2017.

She began working administratively in the mental health and addictions field in 1995, and shortly thereafter began to pursue her license and a clinical career with a focus on treating persons dealing with addictions. Vivian has more than twenty years’ experience working both administratively and clinically with individuals and families struggling with the disease of addiction.

Vivian grew up in a military family which brought travel into her life early on, but has made Middle Tennessee her home for over 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix Arizona, with a Master’s of Science in Psychology.
