Cumberland Heights has adapted our addiction treatment services to the age of COVID-19. Our patients’ health and safety are our highest priority. That’s why we’re offering telehealth services: clinical support from the privacy of your own home.
Our Chief Community Recovery Officer talks about our Telehealth services and other virtual opportunities we are offering to ensure safety and quality care.
How to Access Telehealth Services
You can now participate in our Intensive Outpatient Program from your smartphone, computer or other devices. Each meeting is fully HIPPA-compliant and easily accessible through Zoom, allowing you to participate in discussions led by addiction counselors who are licensed or have Master’s-level credentials.
Family counseling has also been made available as part of this program. We understand that family dynamics are challenged by an indefinite period of quarantine, and are proud to offer the highest quality of therapy to all of our outpatient participants and their loved ones.
Benefits of Remote Addiction Treatment Programming
Peer support is integral to lasting recovery. Participants in our telehealth programs will also receive access to a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, who can provide ongoing assistance throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. Through this approach, our experienced team members will deliver a combination of education about early recovery with human online interaction.
How to Get Started
To join our online telehealth services, you only need to speak with one of our intake specialists. They will arrange for an assessor in your area to provide an in-person or online assessment, which allows us to determine the level of support that will best contribute to your recovery. Contact us today to begin your participation in Cumberland Heights’ outpatient programming.
