Preparing for Admission
Welcome! You’ve made a life changing, perhaps lifesaving, decision. Many of us at Cumberland Heights were faced with the same decision in our own lives. We have been where you are. It is now our privilege to honor your decision by offering a helping hand up and out. We want you to know that no matter how challenging your circumstances may seem, or how overwhelmed you may feel, we will meet you right where you are and walk with you every step of the way. This is not the end of a long journey, it is the beginning of a new life. Welcome to Cumberland Heights. We transform lives.
Before your arrival, our team members will work to verify your insurance coverage and financial obligations. They will also provide instructions about what to expect, which treatment plan is best for your needs and what you should pack.
Our team is happy to help you to arrange transport. You will meet with one of our treatment professionals upon arrival – they will assess your needs, walk you through your treatment plan and answer any remaining questions.
One of the First Addiction Treatment Centers in the Nation to Receive ASAM Certification

How Can I Help a Loved One?
Reaching someone who is entangled in addiction can be difficult and heartbreaking. Our admissions staff is here to help family and friends get their loved ones connected to recovery. Give us a call and we will discuss all options available. Because addiction is a family disease, we also offer family services for those who have a loved one in treatment.
