Alumni Association of Cumberland Heights

The Alumni Association of Cumberland Heights is an independent nonprofit dedicated to supporting the needs of patients, alumni, families and staff of Cumberland Heights. Alumni Association members are former patients, family members, friends and anyone with an interest in supporting Cumberland Heights. Staying connected and giving back through service work, attendance at alumni functions, and membership donations keeps the spirit of fellowship strong within the community.

AACH hosts a weekly open AA format meeting at 7PM each Friday at the main River Road campus in the Dottie Threadgill Dining Hall which is open to alumni, family and friends. This format allows current patients to meet alumni and begin forming a support network prior to discharge.

The AACH focuses most of their resources on creating relationships with the current patient population and encouraging them to return after discharge for participation in AfterCare Groups, ARCH and CrossOver Groups.

If you are interested in donating to the AACH fund for emergency needs of patients, staff and families, please contact our Alumni Director, Jaime Gibbons at jaime_gibbons@cumberlandheights.org.

Why is it so meaningful to give to Cumberland Heights?

Your gift to Cumberland Heights through our annual and capital initiates gives immediate support to patients and their families. To make a longer term impact a gift to the endowment fund will provide patient assistance funding for years to come.
